祁建钊

一、个人简介

图片2.png祁建钊,男,汉族,生于1989年2月,中共党员,副教授,博士生导师。现任西北农林科技大学食用菌中心副主任、陕西省天然产物化学生物学重点实验室秘书。现任中国菌物学会菌物科普导师、陕西省细胞生物学会糖生物学专业委员会常务委员、陕西省食用菌产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会委员。担任TMR Integrative Medicine编委,Chinese Herbal Medicines, Journal of Exploratory Research in Pharmacology、《菌物研究》、《现代中医药》青年编委。在Cell Chem Bio,J Agri Food Chem等杂志发表论文80多篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者的SCI论文40余篇(中科院二区及以上25篇),获批授权国家发明专利5项。指导全国大学生生命科学竞赛六次,获国家一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各两次;指导大学生创新创业训练计划国家级项目一项、省级项目三项;指导校级院级本科生优秀毕业论文各一篇。

二、学习与工作经历

1.学习经历

2013年7月硕士毕业于武汉大学遗传学专业,师从朱英国院士。

2016年12月获武汉大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位,师从邓子新院士。

2.工作经历

2017年7月入职西北农林科技大学,从事教学科研工作。

2018年-2019年西北农林科技大学生物学博士后流动站在职博后,合作导师高锦明教授。

2021年-2022年东北林业大学访问学者,合作导师刘成伟教授教授。

三、研究课题

1. 新型表观遗传抗肿瘤药物阿扎胞苷的生物合成研究, 国家自然科学基金,31800031。

四、研究领域

1.大型真菌(蘑菇)来源天然活性成分的结构鉴定和活性评价。

2.药用真菌活性成分的生物合成与绿色制造。

3.大型真菌种质资源及其遗传进化。

五、开设课程

为本科讲授《分子生物学》、《天然药物生物合成》、《仪器分析》,为研究生讲授《高等分子生物学》、《天然产物的生物合成》。
