一、个人简介

石硕,女,汉族,中共党员,博士,副教授。入选“澳门青年学者”计划,担任Journal of Future Foods等期刊青年编委,《食品科学》专栏特邀主编。主要从事天然产物新功能发掘及纳米化研究工作,相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者在Nano Today、Chemical Engineering Journal、Redox Biological、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊上共发表SCI论文20余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等科研项目。
